Florida Judgerequested postponement of a judgment by Nikolas Cruz's lawyer who shot and killed 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland in 2018. I denied that.

Cruz's lawyer announced a nationwide "wave of emotion" in a recentmass shooting in both Yuvalde, Texas and Buffalo, NY, and the jury's intentions. He said the decision, and the start of the judgment trial on July 18, would be too early.

Circuit Judge Elizabeth Scheller denied her request on Thursday, and the long process of sitting the jury did not show any problems related to the shootings in Yuvarde and Buffalo. Said that.

"There is no negative impact on his right to a fair trial and there is no reason to continue this issue," Scheller wrote in a judgment.

The reason why this "occurs" is that the father of the shooting victim in the park focuses on gun control rather than solution
