Carlos Guimenez:President Biden has had an abortion and should not have done so. This is the third branch of the government. It is an equivalent branch of the government. They did what they thought they had to do. I actually praise their decision. It returns to the state. It's back in the hands of people. It should have been a political decision, not a judicial decision 50 years ago. So I admire what they did ... they are trying to make a statement that abortion will not happen in the United States for some reason. In certain states, abortion is basically on demand. It is still the law of land today. Therefore, it is up to the states, the people of those states, and of course, to decide how it works in a particular state. I think the Supreme Court was correct in that ruling.
