Gabby Petito Murder: Brian Laundrie's Note Confession Revealed, "I'm Ending Her Life"

Tampa, Florida – Exclusive:Brian Laundrie's first public glimpse of a confession in a notebook ofFlorida SwampSuicide last year Reveal his last words.

"I have finished her life," reads the memo that the FBI recoveredfrom the Myakka Hatch Creek Environmental Park on October 20, 2021. As she wanted, I now see all the mistakes I made. I panicked. I was shocked.

"Don't make my family's life difficult," the note said, "They I lost my son. " And daughter and daughter – the most amazing girl in the world. I'm sorry Gabby.

In the first half of the memo, he wrote: "I'm sorry for my family. This is a shock to them and a terrible sadness."

"Today, Petito's family lawyer, Patrick Reilly, and I met the FBI in Tampa to organize and own it. "It's a private property owned by Gabby and Brian," Laundry lawyer Steve Bertolino told Fox News Digital Friday. "As part of the return of this property under FBI control, I was given Brian's notebook and the same to Chris and Roberta Laundry."

Petito's mother, Nicohole Schmidt, also I attended the Tampa meeting.

In January, investigators found Brian Laundrie's confessionin a notebook thathad been in the water for about five weeks.

Gabby Petito is believed to have been killed around August 28th. An FBI-led investigation found her body in Bridger-Teton National Forest on September 19. A Wyoming coroner has determined her death to be amurder. By strangulation

{According to police, on September 1, Brian Laundrie returned home to his parents in North Port, Florida. According to the FBI, he also sent a fake text message from Petite's phone to cover up her crimes and steal her debit card.

Laundry went camping on the beachin Fort Desoto Park, south of St. Petersburg, and said nothing publicly about Petite's disappearance.

Finally, on September 11th, Petite's mother, Nicole Schmidt, said she went missing in New York. Reported to police in his hometown ofon Long Island,they contacted Northport police and knocked on the laundry door to silence.

September 13, Brian Laundrie , Sneaked into the swamp, even though there were hidden surveillance cameras around his house. That was the last time I saw him alive.

His father later voluntarily handed over his family's guns to the FBI, stating that one could be missing. Investigators found a revolver near the skeleton wreckage of Brian Laundrie in the swamp.

There were also water bottles that were probably owned by Petite and other items owned by the couple.

Bertolino said he shared the content of the memo "as a matter of transparency".

"I'm not going to comment any further because there are still proceedings pending in court," he said.
