The doctor who sued Gwyneth Paltrow over a ski crash and lost may be planning an appeal.

An attorney for Terry Sanderson, the doctor who alleged the actress injured him on the Utah slopes in 2016, said his client is considering all options — including a motion to the court for a new trial or a possible appeal, TMZ reported Saturday.

Attorney Robert Sykes told the outlet he thinks errors were made in the case that could form the basis of an appeal.

He pointed to the judge allowing Gwyneth’s lawyers to dig into Terry’s past, which was “totally unrelated” to the mountain collision, without letting Sanderson pry into Paltrow’s past — among other legal issues.

The doctor sued Paltrow in 2019 for $3.1 million, claiming the crash at the Deer Valley ski resort left him brain-impaired and damaged his relationships with others.

After a judge dismissed his initial complaint, Sanderson sued again, this time for $300,000 in damages.

Paltrow countersued for $1 — plus her likely six-figure legal fees. She ultimately won, with the jury awarding her the symbolic amount as they agreed the actress was not liable for the crash.
