On Sunday, two young Danish and one Russian citizen fired indiscriminately at a random shopper when a shooter believed to have acted alone. Police said they were killed on Monday.

Four people were seriously injured during an attack at a high-rise mall on the outskirts of the city near a subway station connecting to the international airport.

Copenhagen police chief Søren Thomassen said a suspect identified only as a 22-year-old Danish man was arrested on the scene.

Police subsequently found no signs of terrorism, suspected A problem that a person claims to have mental health.

The shooting took place around 5:37 pm. Police said the suspect was arrested 11 minutes later. Witnesses told Danish broadcaster TV2 that the shooter appeared to be "very violent and angry" and "very proud of what he was doing."
