Kanye West mourns the fake death of former foe Pete Davidson following his split from "Saturday Night Live" alum Kim Kardashian.
Yeezy's fashion designer proclaimed "SKETE DAVIDSON DEAD AT 28" on her front page of the New York Times on Instagram early Monday morning. West let his image do the talking by choosing not to caption it.
This is the only image that appears on West's account — for now.
Fans will recall that the "Flashing Lights" rapper called Davidson "Skete" throughout his very public, one-sided feud with the comedian. One of his front pages in the edited newspaper is also his art in his latest performance, which recalls the death of the "King of Staten Island" star.West buried him alive in his music video for the track "Easy".
West, 45, also attacked Davidson in the second video Did. This time, the actor wore a "Skete" hoodie.
A source close to the 41-year-old Kardashian told Page Six on Friday that the pair were in his 9-month-old. confirmed that they split after dating.
"Kim and Pete have decided to stay friends." A source shared close to Kardashian. "They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but I've found the relationship really hard to maintain due to the distance and tight schedules."
Another source said the duo's age gap was a factor in the decision.
"Pete, she's 28, and Kim, she's 41. The two are in completely different places now," the insider says. "Pete is completely spontaneous and impulsive and would love to fly to New York or anywhere anytime soon, but Kim has four kids and it's not so easy.
"She needs to focus on her children."
