Observations at Giants training camp on Thursday:
Good points
This was practice Everyone was waiting for: WR Kenny Golladay looked like a game-changer, securing multiple difficult catches during the team's duration. Best said he was a 40-yard bomb that had to adapt to Daniel Jones' off-target throw in the air and hold on to the ball as it crashed to the ground.
The Bad
CB Adley Jackson, S Yusuf Koker and LB Te Crowder dropped interceptions. Cokers were near the goal line and Crowders were playing after Golladay's field-changing catch. Jackson continues to undercut the root.
Catch My Eye
WR C.J. Catch one from Touchdown Jones and one from Tyrod Taylor. The one from Taylor was off an RPO play fake that pulled the defense forward as the board slid into space. He plays a key role on special teams and is therefore included in the mix for the fifth receiver his spot.
Medical Reports
OG Ben Bredesson is the latest offensive to leave practice, although other attrition has pushed him up from line to starter on the 3rd team offensive. became. His right elbow was wrapped. OL Devery Hamilton entered as a starter. TE Ricky Seals-Jones was one of the group injured on a stationary bike at the start of practice. He was spotted during his first practice in weeks.
