Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving's Trade Agreement Has Not Yet Gained Drive: Report

Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving could be the focus of theBrooklyn Netsoff-season. They are looking for trades for both players, but the team has not yet taken food.

According to ESPN on Sunday, the deal involving Durant and Irving had no traction. Meanwhile, theLos Angeles Lakersreportedly weren't aggressive enough to pursue Nets' Starpoint Guard.

The NBA's free agent opened last week, and the enthusiasm for Durant and Irving began. Durant demanded a deal from Nets, and Brooklyn began trading for Irving, who exercised the player's options, after not finding a sign-and-trade partner.

Since then, Durant has been a mystery. I sent a tweet before deleting it.

Durant is mentioned in rumors of thetrade between thePhoenix Suns and the Miami Heat. The Golden State Warriors were also mentioned as a hot team.

What do I need to get Durant from the net? Athletic reported to Netz that he had "called several times" to see what the Minnesota Timberwolves wanted from Durant.

Brooklyn is reportedly looking for an "established mountain of all-stars and picks." Timberwolves did not want to part with Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns. The team later acquired Rudy Gobert in a large transaction.
