If you’re looking for an enchanting Los Angeles “treehouse vibe,” as its listing describes it, consider setting your sights on this property.

Filmmaker, actor and musician Ari Gold, whose 2018 romantic drama “The Song of Sway Lake” — starring Rory Culkin, Robert Sheehan and Mary Beth Peil — made big waves in the film festival circuit, has listed his home in trendy Silver Lake for $1.69 million.

Gold — who also earned a Guinness World Record in 2012 for conducting the largest air drum ensemble — also made a 2008 air-drumming cult film, “Adventures of Power,” which he starred in along with Michael McKean and Jane Lynch.

Off screen, his 1,171-square-foot bungalow, at 1456 Angelus Ave., comes with two bedrooms and two baths. Gold bought it for $700,000 in 2012 and now says it’s time to move somewhere else. We hear he’s looking at Venice Beach.

The charming home comes with a detached studio — but, true to its treehouse energy, also comes surrounded by greenery. Inside, the open floor plan features woodsy design details like vaulted redwood and pine ceilings, plus cherry wood doors.

Behind the main house, a garden stairway leads to a second deck with “hillside vistas and a tropical workspace.” There’s also a hot tub with a view of the Hollywood sign.

The home is on a cul-de-sac close to Sunset Boulevard hotspots.

A “longtime chalet hideaway for film directors and musicians,” it can also generate rental income, notes listing broker Stefano Zoccatelli of Nest Seekers International.
