Filmmaker, actor and musician Ari Gold, whose 2018 romantic drama “The Song of Sway Lake” — starring Rory Culkin, Robert Sheehan and Mary Beth Peil — made big waves in the film festival circuit, has listed his home in trendy Silver Lake for $1.69 million.
Gold — who also earned a Guinness World Record in 2012 for conducting the largest air drum ensemble — also made a 2008 air-drumming cult film, “Adventures of Power,” which he starred in along with Michael McKean and Jane Lynch.
Off screen, his 1,171-square-foot bungalow, at 1456 Angelus Ave., comes with two bedrooms and two baths. Gold bought it for $700,000 in 2012 and now says it’s time to move somewhere else. We hear he’s looking at Venice Beach.
