Roev. A man arrested for attempted murder of a LAPD officer in a Wade protest

Friday night, Roev. In a protest against Wade's reversal, police said he was charged with attempting to kill a Los Angeles police officer.

Authorities said the woman was also charged with resisting police after four policemen were injured in the barrage of projectiles, fireworks, and makeshift torches.

According to a Saturday press release, Michael Ortiz, 30, was accused of throwing a flamethrower at a police officer who had been treated for burns.

Juliana Bernad, 23, is allegedly trying to steal her baton. According to police, she was detained after a "less lethal" bullet was fired at her.

"I condemn the violence against police officers from last night to today," said Prime Minister Michel Moore.

"Individuals participating in such criminal activity act as criminals rather than exercising the rights of the First Amendment in protest of the Supreme Court's decision.  

The Bureau will vigorously pursue the prosecution of these individuals. "
