A man armed with two Molotov cocktails was at Union Station in Washington, DC on Wednesday afternoon. He was arrested after throwing it nearby. According to police, he was one of the police officers when he tried to light a Molotov cocktail.
Bernard McCutcheon, 26, was arrested after 3:30 pm. According to the United States Capitol Police, after he tried to escape from the two police officers after throwing a crude oil device.
