Accused of murdering wife near his H-3 highway in Hawaii The Marine pleaded not guilty, according to Hawaii News Now.
Bryant, formally attached to the 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, his Tejeda Castillo, has been charged with second-degree murder.
Tejeda-Castillo allegedly stabbed his 27-year-old wife, Dana Alotaibi, on July 20. Near Kapaa Quarry in Kailua around 6pm.
After a witness came to the rescue of a dying Arotaibi , Tejeda-Castillo fled into a nearby wooded area and mutilated himself with a pocketknife before the police were able to detain him.
According to official records obtained by Hawaii News Now, Tejeda Castillo was denied a bail reduction and is being held on $1 million bail.
The trial is scheduled to begin on his October of this year.
