"Jaws Bridge" on Martha's Vineyard. The missing man was identified as 21-year-old Tavorn after a group of to people jumped from Barguin. His older brother, 26-year-old Tavaris Bulgin, died in the incident.

Only two of his four who jumped off the bridge on Sunday night resurfaced. Authorities were called to the scene and found the body of Tabaris Barguin on Monday morning. Tuesday due to "severe weather conditions that have caused dangerous conditions." Authorities swept the cove/pond side of the bridge but found nothing, but bad weather prevented them from continuing their search on the sea side. , determines when the search can resume.Coastal Storm is also expected to hit the region on Wednesday, bringing high waves to the area. 

State and environmental police use side-scan sonar devices to detect anomalies underwater or on the seabed.

"If the EPO sonar detects an anomaly, members of the Underwater Recovery Unit will dive in to determine the cause," state police said. "The overall area they searched/searched was very large and included both the coves on the landward side of the bridge and the ocean on the seaward side."

The brothers are from Jamaica. They worked as seasonal workers at Nomans Restaurant and lived in Oak Bluffs.

"We are saddened by all that has happened," family spokesperson Pastor Rowan Perkins told TV Jamaica. I just want to say to the public that I want your prayers, and I hope that we can put things together to involve all the facts.”

"This is a real tragedy for us. It's a loss for our church. It's a loss for our community. I think it's a loss for our country. It's a very sad day for all of us." Perkins said. 

The search for the swimmer began late Sunday night. The water depth under the bridge is about 15 feet. The Oak Bluffs fire chief told her WBZ-TV's Louisa Moller that the tide was coming in at the time and it was definitely very fast. 

Officially named the American Legion Memorial Bridge according to the State Police, the bridge is located on Beach Road and connects Edgartown to Oak Bluffs. It became a landmark due to its appearance in his 1975 hit movie Jaws, which was filmed in the vineyard.

Young people continued to jump off bridges even as crew members searched for missing men on Monday. 

"I was surprised that people were back jumping even after the lockdown was over," said Russell Bell, a summer resident of the island.
