A US lawyer in the eastern part of Virginia, who charged the case, announced a jury trial on Friday.

According to the FBI's Affidavit, the girl escaped from the youth house in Fairfax. She was sexually trafficked for almost two months of the year before being recovered by the Department's Child Exploitation and Trafficking Task Force. Trafficking occurred in Woodridge, Virginia and Mount Rainier, Maryland.

She was also beaten behind her with a baseball bat 26 times and twice. She was accused of stealing from another gang member once when she joined the gang and once when she was accused of stealing from another gang member.

Seven defendants (six men and women) lived in the suburbs of Maryland and northern Virginia, and were between the ages of 22 and 50.
