MSNBC's Chris Hayes accuses Republicans of being a "threat to the republic"

MSNBC host Chris Hayes satirized the GOP as a threat to the American Republic itself on Thursday night in a hostile confession against the Republicans. 

"Republicans as a whole, as an institution of American political life, against the Republic, even if some of its members did the right thing when asked to oppose the big odds. It's a continuous threat. It's a lot of pressure. " 

He praised some Republicans who confirmed the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. Ultimately, it's saved, or democracy.

MSNBC's hosthas juxtaposed Republicans opposed to the election by former President Donald Trump with a larger American conservative movement. Bowers showed that even Donald Trump wasn't really in control, demonstrating this broader power nature. After all, the whole is bigger and worse than the sum of that part. And the whole is now really a deadly threat to our democracy.
