News anchor parents Janet Reyes and Robert Burton went viral on 'Baby News Network'

When two local newscasters with talent for creating hilarious TikTok videos have their first child , "Baby News Network". 

Jeannette Reyes and Robert Burton of Washington, DC, who work for FOX 5 and WJLA-TV, respectively, have a 6-week-old daughter, Isabella Sophia Burton.

The comedy bit sounds like a news show. Burton and Reyes talk in the anchor voices about a "breaking news" that's an "explosion at a diaper station," providing weather forecasts and advising you might have some fun. The video, which the journalist captioned, "When your parents are anchors," had more than 1.2 million likes as of early Wednesday. 

Commenters also praised the originality of the video and their speaking voice.
