NY bail reform secured the release of consecutive shoplifters with the arrest of 122 people who even wanted DA Bragg to be imprisoned: Report

Reportedly, under the New York StateBail Reform Act, 122 consecutive shoplifters accused of pre-arrest were released again. .. 

The New York Post reported on Wednesday that Lorenzo McClus (34) was stolen from the cosmetics department at Duane Reade on Lexington Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. He reported that he was released on his own initiative. 

According to criminal accusations, police officers found in his possession a possible residue of pipe and cocaine, but he was charged with only two misdemeanors. } -Theft offense against shoplifting and criminal possession of drugs-about the case. 

This year alone, McCrucas's 50th arrest so far, but for some reason, there were no other positive cases against him.
