An Ohio father was involved in a video attacking a man accused of murdering her girlfriend and her three-year-old son.
Surveillance video footage from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office shows a man identified by WCPO as Antonio "Tonio" Hughes sitting behind the right side of the courtroom.
The father gets up and hurries towards the22-year-old Desean Brownand shakes his head.
Hughes is tackled by law enforcement to the ground before getting up again and struggling to reach Brown.

Immediately after that, Hughes is escorted.
FOX 19 reported that Hughes was charged with contempt of courtand ordered to serve for a week at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

"Judge Megan Shanahan and the Hamilton Sheriff's Office want to emphasize that this action is not acceptable in court,"Hamilton County Sheriff's Officesaid. It is said that it was transmitted to FOX19.
Brown was charged with murdering Nyteisha Lattimorearound December 5, 2022 in her apartment in the Walnut Hills district of Cincinnati.
Her body was found about a week laternear a bridge in downtown Cincinnati. A county coroner said she died of a puncture wound.

Nylo Lattimore's body was never recovered, even after. A 180-mile search of the Ohio River, but police say the child's blood was found in a blanket recovered on the mother's body and his stroller was found in a nearby river.
According to the WCPO, Cincinnati police told Judge Megan Shanahan that Naiteisha appeared to be pregnant with Brown's child, but she had a miscarriage.
"He chose to kill Nairo in an incredibly barbaric way," prosecutor Joe Deters said at a press conference in February 2021.

Brown had previously been acquitted in this case, but would face the death penalty if convicted.
His trial is scheduled to begin in August.
