‘RHOM’ cast reacts to Lenny Hochstein’s hot mic rant about Lisa: ‘How low is low?’

The “Real Housewives of Miami” are reeling from Lenny Hochstein’s hot mic rant about his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein.

“How low is low? It’s cowardly,” Guerdy Abraira tells Page Six in an exclusive interview. “If you want out, let it be known.”

The event planner, 44, continues, “Don’t tag anybody along, don’t make anyone feel or look crazy out there. The fact that she is clapping [and saying], ‘We’re great,’ it’s just … so, so sad.”

In a shocking moment from the forthcoming season of the Peacock reality series, the plastic surgeon, 56, can be heard whispering to his newly single friend Vito, “In a couple of months, I might be single, too.”

Meanwhile, Lisa, 40, boasts on the show that the “Hochsteins never divorce,” according to Lenny’s mother.

When pressed about his specific issues with Lisa, Lenny laments to Vito that it had been “the same stuff it’s always been.”

“‘I do anything I want, whenever I want, and you stay home and go to work and come back,” he is overheard saying of Lisa’s mental state.

Vito says he didn’t want to see the pair split, to which Lenny huffs back, “I do.”

Abraira tells Page Six that Lenny should have been forthright with Lisa about his intent to end their marriage. (Lenny, who wed Lisa in October 2009, filed for divorce in May.)

“She can take the bad news, you know what I mean? There was no reason why we’re running this into the ground and crashing and burning it. She didn’t deserve the way that it all went down,” Abraira elaborates.

“She could have easily accepted the truth, should it have been spoken to her face-to-face. I hate the hypocrisy of it all. It’s very disrespectful and cowardly.”

Lenny’s remarks come in episode four of “RHOM” Season 5, which is now streaming.

In another portion of the scene, the doctor admits that he and Lisa hadn’t been intimate, as that would’ve meant he’d be “cheating on who [he] really [cares] about” — presumably referring to his model girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa.

Lenny previously insisted that he met Mazepa, 27, only after he and Lisa decided to part ways. Lisa, however, told Page Six in May that she was “blindsided” by the news.

“That’s just quite horrible because you have haven’t put your marriage to rest yet, and here you are already stomping on your marriage … saying, ‘Oh, I’m not going to be [intimate],’” Adriana de Moura tells Page Six of Lenny’s soft-spoken diatribe.

“It’s pretty painful and hurtful when your guy doesn’t want to be with you because he’s with somebody else,” the “Feel the Rush” singer, 47, adds. “It’s not nice.”

“I saw that at nighttime a few days ago, and I could not sleep because I take people’s problems [on] when I care about the person,” she tells us. “I was like, ‘Oh, my God, poor Lisa was living this, and he was planning this whole thing behind her back.’”

Echevarria, 55, says it was particularly tough to hear as she once considered Lenny a friend.

“You kind of think to yourself, ‘I was sleeping with the enemy,’” she explains. “This guy was trying to do this to her.”

Marysol Patton, for her part, tells Page Six that she and the rest of the “RHOM” gals were “disappointed” by Lenny’s behavior during the early stages of his separation from Lisa.

“He didn’t handle things in a sensitive and an appropriate way,” the former publicist says. “And I think that everybody’s just disappointed in the way he handled things and treated Lisa in the end.”

The divorce battle has been contentious, with Lisa accusing Lenny of cutting her off financially and therefore leaving her unable to buy diapers and food for their children. In response, Lenny claimed his estranged wife earns $30,000 per episode of “RHOM.”

The estranged couple share son Logan, 7, and daughter Elle, 3.

“The Real Housewives of Miami” Season 5 began streaming Thursday on Peacock, and new episodes will be released weekly thereafter.
