‘RHOSLC’ star Heather Gay is ‘lazy’ about self-care, but never skips injectables

Heather Gay never met an injectable she didn’t like.

“I get Botox, filler in my lips. I get Sculptra, which is like a collagen stimulator,” the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star tells Page Six Style exclusively.

“Yesterday, they did a thing on my neck for the neck lines. So for someone that’s lazy and avoids self-care, I get every damn thing that comes across the menu.”

The owner of Beauty Lab + Laser — a med spa that is all but a secondary character on “RHOSLC” — adds, “And I get it all for free because I’m the owner.”

Gay is open to trying any treatment her business provides — from a “Beauty Lab Butt Lift” to “Thighbella,” which promises to helps patients achieve a thigh gap — but confesses that her employees have to “pin [her] down to the chair” during appointments.

“I’m not opposed to any injectables but the truth is, it hurts and I try to avoid pain in every area of my life — even if it’s going to make me look better,” she says with a laugh. “I could work out if I wanted to. Too much pain!”

When it comes to injectables, though, the pain is always worth it to Gay.

“[It’s] preventative, to maintain cruise-control speed,” she says of her approach to noninvasive cosmetic procedures. “You don’t have to accelerate or decelerate, but you have to maintain cruise control, which means maintenance. It’s all about maintenance!”

Free services aside, the “Bad Mormon” author tells Page Six Style that Beauty Lab + Laser — which she co-founded with pal Andrea Robinson — is her “pride and joy.”

“It is the vehicle that has made all of my dreams come true, including [‘RHOSLC’]. I love Beauty Lab and I love our staff and we are opening our second location,” she enthuses.

“We’re having our launch party [this] month and you’ll get to see that in the future hopefully. Beauty Lab is expanding, the business is doing great.”

It has also become a conduit for philanthropy, Gay points out.

She and Robinson created the Don’t Leave Foundation as a way to honor their late friend Tim Robinson, who died by suicide in 2019. The organization, dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health, provides free laser treatments for track marks and self-harm scars.

“That has been growing and we’ve got a few partner spas that are helping us out, too, because the demand is so great,” Gay says.

“We just got featured at this injections conference where they featured the Don’t Leave Foundation, and it was just cool. It’s cool to have built something that is credible.”

“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
