Another girl!
The Washington Post has exclusively obtained a gender revealing video of Robert Griffin III and his wife Grete Griffin. The couple are expecting another girl in the family.
Surrounded by a jubilant group of Grete family members in his native Estonia, Robert punted a football that exploded in pink as onlookers cheered with excitement. His RG3 family in America watched on his FaceTime.
Future Baby Griffin joins the growing family of Gloria (age 5) and Gameya (age 2). She is due to give birth in January 2023. Robert also has another daughter, Reese, who is 7 years old from a previous relationship.
"We are so excited to be 'professional girl parents.' Nothing beats the opportunity to raise strong, beautiful, kind and smart little girls who will become women," Grete told the Post.
Robert Griffin III starred in Baylor and won the Heisman Trophy in his junior season. He was selected second overall in the 2012 NFL Draft by the team formerly known as the Washington Redskins and earned Rookie of the Year as the team won the NFC East. However, his electrifying season was cut short by a torn ACL in the team's wild card loss to the Seahawks.
The 32-year-old Griffin III played two more seasons with Washington before he played one year with the Browns, and from 2018 he played with the Ravens in 2020. acted as a backup. Now an analyst with ESPN Football, he's not ruling out an NFL comeback given the right opportunity.
Grete, 29, was a heptathlon athlete in which he placed fourth at the 2010 World Junior Championships.
