A murdered California police officer honored in a memorial service

Law enforcement agencies and officials aroundLos Angelesgathered in memory on Thursday to remember two police officers shot at work. 

Crowds rushed to the Toyota Arena in Ontario to remind Sergeant Elmonte. Michael Paredes, 42-year-old and 32-year-old officer, Joseph Santana. Both were killed on June 14 while responding to a local motel in eastern Los Angeles with reported puncture wounds. 

They both left their wives and young children behind.
