‘Southern Charm’ Star Olivia Flowers’ Brother Remembered By Family: “A Remarkable Young Man”

Tragic news struck the Southern Charm family yesterday (Feb. 2) when it was reported that Olivia Flowers‘ brother, Conner Flowers, had died. He was 32.

Flowers died Monday (Jan. 30) at his home in the Isle of Palms, near Charleston, South Carolina, per Page Six. In a statement, Charleston County Coroner, Bobbi Jo O’Neal, told the outlet, “the manner and cause of death are pending,” and added that local police departments are “investigating” Flowers’ death.

In a statement to Decider, Flowers’ family wrote, “Conner was a remarkable young man, with the gift of compassion and love for others, earning him friends everywhere he went. His values were seeded in his faith and in his family. We know his absence will be felt by many for years to come.”

The family concluded with, “Please respect our privacy while we grieve the overwhelming loss of our son and brother.”

The news of Flowers’ passing was shared in a now-deleted Instagram post by Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel, which included a heartfelt tribute.

The reality star shared four photos of himself with Flowers taken at a lounge and at a golf course with the caption, “Words can’t rightfully describe how rare and remarkable you were. You will be terribly missed by those to whom you were so kind and selfless.” He continued, “My sincerest sympathies to your broken-hearted family.”

An obituary for Flowers states that he was born in Greenville, South Carolina and “became known by many as a full of life and a fun-loving friend, as well as an avid golfer.” He lived in Charleston, South Carolina and worked in real estate. The family of Southern Charm actor Taylor Ann Green seemingly left a comment on the page, writing, “Precious Olivia, Robin and Garry… please know how heartbroken we are for your unspeakable loss. We are holding you in our hearts and prayers for the peace, comfort and strength of God to carry you through.”

Flowers is survived by his parents and younger sister.
