Camille Costec:This is the fifth year in question. This year is as exciting as the first year I received the call. This is a dream job I have been working on for over 10 years. So, realizing this dream in my reality is always exciting to me. Self-acceptance is a big support for self-acceptance because it has been a struggle withgrowing up in the modeling industry and has helped me grow to accept my body as it is. I was always attracted to SI swimwear. Because I knew they would accept me.

Fox News:How was the shoot at St. Croix?
Costec:This place was very special to me. Because my family lives there, I went there and grew up. The water was clean and the energy was electricity as a set. This was the first time I shot in a boat. The wind was getting stronger, the water was rocking, and sometimes it was difficult to stand on a sail and shoot, but I tried. And let me tell you, it was worth it because the shots were incredible and like I've never done before.

Fox News:You were photographed with Katrina Scott and Kamie CrawfordWhat is your relationship with these women?
Kostek:Kamie is a newcomer this year and she met at the Super Bowl a few weeks ago. She co-sponsored a radio show there with Sirius XM. We soon learned that we had a hosting background. I immediately clicked and became a friend. So when we saw each other in the Virgin Islands, it was nothing but a happy smile and excitement as she just wrapped her rookie shoot in St. Croix.

Fox News:You're amazing. What is your typical training routine?
Costec:I like to constantly change my training and find new training methods. We do everything from boxing to yoga, Pilates, dance cardio, free weights and HIT trainingMy reliable workouts you can do anywhere are resistance band training and full body weights. Stretching is essential before training. That's the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning and the last thing I do before going to bed at night.

When traveling for work, access the hotel gym. I walk on slopes and work with free weights. It's my favorite kind of quick workout. I'm all about low-impact and effective training to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle that can be maintained anywhere in the world.

Finding a good dance cardio or ballet class is always a great way to move, and you're often crazy about music and end your workout unnoticed.

Fox News:What is your favorite training routine these days, and why.
