Beloved actor, filmmaker and former NYC firefighter Steve Buscemi recently scored a penthouse in Hillrose28 — a new ground-up, limestone, 20-story residential tower in Rose Hill, near Kips Bay — according to our sources.

Now, a second penthouse in the same luxe building, at 181 E. 28th St., is hitting the market for $9 million.
