‘Succession’ Season 4: Who Plays Naomi Pierce?

The Succession Season 4 premiere “The Munsters” saw Kendall (Jeremy Strong), Shiv (Sarah Snook), and Roman (Kieran Culkin) strike their first major victory against their father, Logan Roy (Brian Cox). The siblings quickly scrapped their plans to launch a new media enterprise called The Hundred to bag the deal that had long eluded their father: buying rival news network  Pierce Global Media (PGM). The deal came together super quick with the help of Kendall’s on-and-off girlfriend, Naomi Pierce (Annabelle Dexter-Jones) and the siblings’ decision to drastically outbid their father.

But what exactly was Naomi’s role in the Succession Season 4 premiere? Is she sleeping with Tom (Matthew MacFadyen)? And where have you seen her before?

We first met Naomi Pierce all the way back in Succession Season 2. She is sort of the black sheep of the Pierce family, known for having a troubled, drug-ridden past. She and Kendall bonded over drugs, sex, and booze and have dated off and on over the past few seasons. (She was on Kendall’s arm for his wild Season 3 birthday.)

Naomi arguably sets the Pierce deal in motion because she acts as an emissary for her cousin, Nan (Cherry Jones). We learn from Tom that the two of them had a “personal” lunch, which sets Shiv spiraling into jealousy. (It’s clear later in the episode it was more likely a business lunch, but Tom didn’t want to alert Shiv about the deal, which he did accidentally anyway.) This gives Kendall and Shiv the idea to bully Roman into going after Pierce. When they arrive at Nan’s estate, it is once more Naomi who acts as emissary.

So that’s who Naomi is in HBO’s Succession, but who plays the party girl-turned-power player?

Who Plays Naomi Pierce on Succession Season 4? Meet Annabelle Dexter-Jones

Naomi Pierce is played by British-American actress Annabelle Dexter-Jones. She is the daughter of jewelry designer and socialite Ann Dexter-Jones and Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones. (Fun fact: Foreigner’s power ballad “I Want to Know What Love Is” is about her dad falling for her mom!) Dexter-Jones is also the half-sibling of Mark Ronson, Samantha Ronson, and Charlotte Ronson. Meaning, much like Naomi Pierce, she comes from a major media family.

Annabelle Dexter-Jones has appeared in a bunch of films and shows, including Holy Motors, White Girl, Under the Silver Lake, and The Deuce. However, she might be best known for Succession.
