The Supreme Court ruling proves that we were not "hysterical."

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles.

I warned you. repetition. I said this day would come. We were called "hysterical," "unstable," and "stupid."

And here it is.

What the Supreme Court did today was spit out in the face of freedom, the basic concept that drives the country. Six unelected politicians in robes used the government's high perch to tell all American women exactly what they could and couldn't do with their bodies. It was a fundamentally non-American act, and they did it all at once — and they didn't even have the dignity to show their faces when they deprived us of our rights.

It is important to recognize that the Supreme Court overturns the Roe v. Wade case

How did you get here? Roe is dead in a gutter as religious militants have been relentlessly pursuing decades to invade our bedroom. Not long ago, Republican supporters were a true part of the Republican coalition. They became too timid and weakened to be able to summon the militants of their party.

 And here it is.

The Democratic Party also has its drawbacks. Some Democrats can't even say the word abortion. Currently, women in most states do not even have access to abortion. The majority of the pro-choices have empowered all of the Democratic election wins, as Rho's decision has barely dried the ink. But instead of being proactive to ensure that our rights were never recklessly destroyed, those rights were steadily deprived, so leaders were self-satisfied and defended.

And here it is.

In fact, this is beyond the faction. The radicals who run the Republicans chased us, and the helpless Democrats disappointed us. All Republicans reading this know that they agree that the right to privacy and the right to make the most appropriate decisions for us and our family are fundamental. And I think many Republicans would agree with me that this particular issue had been resolved for a long time, and the Supreme Court should have left it well.

Our rights are besieged and our institutions, including the Supreme Court, are badly broken. You can't wait until November to resolve these issues. Nor can you simply instruct people to vote.

people. Did it. vote. The woman voted. With a record number.

They give the Democrats unified control of our government, see the worst, and from the Democratic leaders, instead of wielding this, from afar I just heard a hollow speech that sounded like I was watching. Voters of power gave them. sufficient.

This is a moment that requires mobilization, specificity, and urgency. Now we must focus our efforts on protecting the most vulnerable people. When pro-choice allies exercise power, they must be pressured to actively use it to protect access to abortion. We support providers that are still active so that organizations operating in states where abortion is significantly reduced have the resources they need to navigate these dangerous waters. Must be. Each of us must ask ourselves how far we can help the people we care about get the medical care they need.

Yes, you need to vote, but you can't just send the same person back to the office. We need to elect more leaders who understand that the people govern the system and that the rules written by slave owners in the 18th century are not suitable for governing the United States in 2022. I have. The Supreme Court is in desperate need of reform.

Clarence Thomas' words revealed that: They will come for contraception. They will come for marriage equality. They will come for something that doesn't fit their version of America. The Supreme Court is no different from the Republicans who control it. He is a fascist, far right, and horribly out of contact with Americans.

Judge Thomas's words today are a threat, but we turn them into a rally call. From this sneaky moment, something better can emerge. It's a new consensus.

The power to mobilize and fight for themselves. We are not helpless, nor are we just giving up on accepting the extreme opinions of those in power. We are power. We can appear and demand in countries where we all know we deserve. It is a country where freedom is not only trampled by impunity.

It was hard today, but tomorrow is coming. And we will appear. And we win.
