Police have released surveillance video of a man riding an electric bicycle suspected of sexually assaulting at least three women in Manhattan since May.
His two most recent incidents occurred just one hour apart on July 16th.
In one instance, a 23-year-old woman was walking nearby around 4:00 a.m., according to the NYPD. She's Central She's Park She's West and West She's 82nd Street and she's yelled at by a stranger who approaches her from behind and she's pulled to the ground.
"After the struggle continued, the person held down the victim and penetrated his genitals with his finger," police said.
The attackers fled on foot and were later seen traveling on electric bicycles.
The victim had abrasions and was taken by paramedics to Morningside for examination.
An hour later, a 28-year-old woman was walking in the area of Avenue A and East 4th Street when a stranger on her e-bike approached her and I got off and grabbed it. she.
According to police, the attacker told her victim he had a knife, then pulled her to the ground, exposed her body to her woman, and then gave her an oral girlfriend. It is said that he forced her to have sex with her.
The culprit was last seen pedaling east on East 4th Street.
Two months earlier, on her May 15th, at about 4:30 a.m., a 26-year-old woman was biking on the Manhattan Bridge sidewalk when a man approached her on an electric bicycle. rice field.
A policeman said an unknown man got off his bicycle and grabbed the woman from behind by the hair. He then showed the knife, pulled down her pants, and fled the scene after forcing the woman to have sex.
Police previously released a sketch of a wanted man who appeared to be young and wearing a hoodie.
As of Thursday afternoon, no arrests have been announced in connection with the incident.
