Teen fired from McDonald’s screams at manager: ‘You’re not my mom!’

He once made burgers — now he’s got a beef.

A teenager allegedly fired from McDonald’s has taken to TikTok to share footage of himself lashing out at the manager who terminated him.

The ex-employee, known only as Laith, confronted his former boss, Gina, inside the fast food franchise a day after he was reportedly booted for a bad attitude and incessant cell phone use.

Laith uploaded the viral video to the social media app on Tuesday, although it’s unclear when the incident actually took place.

The teen TikTokker didn’t disclose the exact franchise location.

The clip begins with Gina telling Laith to leave the establishment after he returned in the wake of his firing.

“You’re done here — you no longer work here,” the tough-talking manager can be heard stating. “You were terminated for your mouth and for your attitude.”

The youngster attempted to clap back at Gina, who continued: “When I was speaking to you yesterday, I continuously told you you needed to put your phone on the desk and you did not.”

She was interrupted by Laith, who lambasted: “You’re not my mom, you don’t need to talk to me like that. I don’t need to have my phone taken away!”

The 8th grader — who was either 13 or 14 at the time, he said in a subsequent video — subsequently accused the McDonald’s manager of giving him “attitude.”

“This was your job, sir. You are not at home and you’re not at school,” Gina sternly stated before another employee tried to end the pair’s verbal altercation.

“You’re not my mom and you’re not my teacher!” Laith then said before he strutted toward the exit of the fast-food restaurant.

“You have a good day, sir,” Gina politely called out as the TikTokker walked off.

“F–k you!” Laith screamed back across the restaurant. “F–k you! Ugly ass!”

In the wake of widespread backlash, Laith took to TikTok to post a follow-up video, attempting to explain his side of the story.

Laith’s video quickly clocked up more than 300,000 views — but many people were less than impressed by his bawdy behavior.

“You need to learn some respect!” one implored. “She [Gina] did great.”

A second praised the “professionalism” of the manager,” who kept her cool while being filmed feuding with the teen.

“She ate and left no crumbs. Can’t believe the way he spoke to her. What a professional woman,” the person declared.

Another claimed the clip was representative of what happens when “Gen Z tries to get a job.”

Laith said he only used his cell phone when customers weren't present inside the store.

“She [Gina] was actually one of the worst people you’ll ever meet,” he insisted, describing her as “the worst manager.”

“I was only there for like two months, and I got a good 10 scoldings from her,” the teenager continued, claiming he was only using his phone at the drive-thru when he was “bored” and there were no cars coming by.

Woops! Laith worked at the fast food franchise for two months before being booted from the job.
Laith claimed he worked at the fast food franchise for just two months before being booted from the job.

Laith added that he had “no regrets” about his behavior and declared that his confrontation with Gina was in “the top five funniest things I’ve ever done.”
