Leaks, threats, violence—the reaction to Roe is a dark day for the country

The Supreme Court'sdecision at Dobbs vs. Jacksonis a victory over the rule of law.

I don't talk much about the opinion itself. I think that's right, despite unprecedented pressure from the media, parliamentary Democrats, "activist" groups, and even angry mobsters and attempted assassins appearing in their homes. Talking about the Supreme Court's majority demonstration of doing.

This is a big deal. As Jan Crawford reported, many observers, especially those on the right, went to court independence in the 2012 ObamaCare case when a coordinated bullying campaign overturned Judge John Roberts' position at the NFIB vs. Sebelius. I lost my trust. And, of course, the perception that the court could be bullied ensured that people would try to bully again.

And they did so with spades. A group of activists sent a mob to protest at the house of a judge in, even though such pressure on federal judges was a crime. (Of course, Attorney General Merrick Garland's Justice Department did nothing.) Draft opinion that court insiders (who for some reason) rallyed for an unprecedented breach of confidentiality. I still don't know if I leaked. Democratic Party and the point on the left.

Extreme Rhetoric — “To Justice” when coming from right and left Passion "—A person who is going to be an assassin, raising the temperature, actually appears at Brett Kavanaugh's House of Justice with a glock, two magazines, and a pepper spray. He is currently waiting for a trial. Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) even threatened Kavanaugh and other conservative judges to "pay" to overthrow Law.

This deadly threat to Supreme Court justice has elicited a very modest reaction from critics and democratic politicians, but politically motivated assassinations to change judicial views. Very unstable and destructive. On social media, people openly wanted the death of a conservative judge. But the same people who accused the January 6 protest (only unarmed protesters were victims of deadly violence) seemed unaffected by this.

The Left has promised"Night of Anger"in response to Roe's capsizing. Undoubtedly, like the 2020 riots, the riots that occur are said to be "almost peaceful" and merely "unprecedented voices."

At least, as one internet wag said, thanks to the Biden administration's energy policy, this time Molotov cocktail petrol will be much more expensive. But the way this case was dealt with by the class says bad about the class, and about the condition of our country.
