Tristan Thompson is paying Maralee Nichols child support despite an ongoing family court case, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
Thompson's attorneys said in a legal letter sent late Wednesday that NBA Free's agent "had and paid Ms. Nichols child support back to the date she gave birth to the child." '' I told him.

Earlier this year, Nichols' rep said thatThompson had "done nothing",and provided no "financial assistance" at all. I paid the money back.
The basketball player may be raising money, but a source said he hasn't bonded with the boys yet.

A representative for Nichols did not immediately respond to Page 6's request for comment.
