UPS driver died just one day after his 24th birthday after falling at work in the heat of Southern California, a new report Says.
Esteban Chavez Jr., 24 delivered packages around Pasadena when he fainted on a truck last Saturday afternoon as temperatures soared in the late 90's. rice field..
Chavez's family believes he was suffering from heat stroke and was in a coma for more than 20 minutes before someone noticed and asked for help. Reported.
"This is all very sudden," condolences father Esteban Chaves Sr. told the station. "He turned 24 on Friday and died the next day on the 25th."
"It was a little painful not to be there to pick up my son. It was very painful (heart-wrenching). I hurt. But I like to think that God wanted him. They say good people die young. I'm sure my son was one of them, "Chavez continues.
"It hurts, it's a pain that never goes away, and that's what I don't want anyone to do, and I have the experience of losing your child."
Reportedly, the cause of the youth's death was still under investigation by medical personnel. Enthusiastic fans have reportedly been in the company for four years and loved his work.
