OVAKAV KROMPIR DOSAD NISTE PROBALI! Uz samo nekoliko sastojaka, ukus je NEVEROVATAN!

Krompir zaista može da se pravi na mnogo načina. Zato isprobajte i ovu varijantu.

Sastojci:

500 gr krompira

200 gr kisele pavlake

2 jajeta

100 ml mleka

4 čena belog luka

ulje

suvi začin ili so

Priprema:

Ova mera je za dve osobe. Kropir oljuštiti i iseći na kolutove.

Tepsiju podmazati. U činiju istresti pavlaku jaja, beli luk i mleko i sve izjednačiti. Krompir poređati u tepsiju i preliti sa pavlakom.

Protresi dobro. Peći na 220 stepeni C oko 50-60 min. Služito toplo.
