The Flying Fijians have named a strong side that will take on Georgia in their third Pool C match of the Rugby World Cup (RWC) early tomorrow (Sunday) morning (Fiji time).

Flying Fijians head coach Simon Raiwalui has made two changes in the Match 23 squad.

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka said as a former rugby player that has represented Fiji, he wished the team well.

“Remind them (Flying Fijians) of the importance of playing with the spirit of victory and scoring maximum points,” Rabuka said.

“I will not be able to watch the game against Georgia because I will be on a flight between Los Angeles and Nadi.”

Having the honour of representing Fiji at the international stage, the Prime Minister knows the weight of hope and faith placed by the country, the team management and all Fijians, on the players to deliver in each game.

The Fijians are currently in second place in Pool C and need to win with bonus points in their last two games against Georgia and Portugal to comfortably secure a spot in the quarterfinals.
