NHLONIPHO DLAMINI DROPS ‘NGIYATISOLA’

MBABANE – SA-based liSwati Nhlonipho Dlamini has released his debut single titled ‘Ngiyatisola’ from his upcoming EP ‘Selemo’, with the visuals of the song taking social media by storm.

‘Ngiyatisola’, which was dropped on Monday, delves into the theme of regret, specifically the missed chance of approaching someone who held significant meaning in their life. This single is part of a full body of work by the artist in the form of an extended playlist (EP), which is set to drop on October 20.

When reached for comment, the artist said: “I am a storyteller and that is just what I love doing. With this project I was looking at telling a deep story of regret that is also relatable and sharing it with the world,” said Dlamini. The artist also highlighted how he was excited for people to get to listen to what he has been working on and be taken on a great journey through this project.

“I am very excited about this release. I’ve received so much love, especially from people back home. I can’t wait for people to hear the full project, ‘Selemo’. After years of being the man behind so many big records, I’m finally ready to give people Nhlonipho,” shared the artist. The artist has been celebrating other achievements, like collaborating with great names in the South African music scene like Oskido and Zakes Bantwini, just to name a few.

Milestone

Also, after being signed to Vth Season as a producer, and having his music published by the agency for two years, Dlamini is now officially a Vth Season artist, which is a great milestone as a SA artist. The Eswatini-born artist will find a home at the Vth Season, where he will record more music to be managed by the creative entertainment agency. The Vth Season is known as the most impactful creative entertainment agency with an enviable roster of Africa’s most well-known music talent.

He has recently worked with Robot Boii, Mthandazo, and MandzNotHot as producers and featured artists, showing that his talent is not limited after he has worked with Black Motion, Ami Faku, and Black Coffee, among many other artists. Aside from his mind-blowing performances, The artist is a vocal powerhouse and an incredible storyteller. In February, he opened for Langa Mavuso at Untitled Basement.
