Export Lager partners with PNG fashion week

South Pacific Brewery’s Export Lager brand has announced its partnership with the PNG fashion week as its official drinks sponsor for all its upcoming events.
SP Brewery marketing manager Josh Wheeler said the partnership with SP’s Export brand was timely with its campaign called the ‘best of PNG’ in 2018.
“What better way to continue that celebration of all things great in Papua New Guinea and the great people and designs and culture we have then to partner with PNG fashion week to really celebrate those fashion designers we have that are really making their mark on the world stage.
“I am really looking forward to that event and we are onboard as the official drink partner for PNG Fashion week.
“What we also are really happy about is we are seeing PNG fashion designs up on the world stage recently in New York and London.”
PNG fashion week managing director Philma Kelegai expressed her excitement to partner with SP Export.
“We understand that it is about, it is about being grounded in tradition and culture in Papua New Guinea and being able to be exported around the world it is a brand that transcends geography,” she said.
“I am excited about this great partnership that I want to see grow from strength to strength.
“I think it is a good fit for our brand. It is perfect timing with the recently launched traditional designs you have launched with your cans.
“I think it is perfect timing and we are all about exploring and marketing innovation and selling Papua New Guinea and we are happy and excited to do that.”
