Mogadishu (HOL) - Somali Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre met with the Malaysian High Commissioner to East Africa, Ruzaimi Mohamad, in Mogadishu on Wednesday to discuss enhancing relations and cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Barre discussed investment opportunities in Somalia and areas of cooperation between the two nations, particularly in trade, livestock, agriculture, fishing, healthcare, and education.Malaysia’s High Commissioner in Nairobi, Kenya, who is also concurrently accredited to Burundi, South Sudan, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda, emphasized the friendly relations and strong cooperation between Malaysia and Somalia.
